Outpatient Therapy
Our Outpatient Therapy program provides flexible, evidence-based treatment services that support individuals in maintaining recovery while balancing work, family, and daily responsibilities.
Services include individual one-on-one counseling sessions, offering personalized support and practical tools for sustained recovery.
Substance Use Evaluations
We offer comprehensive substance use evaluations to assess individual needs and determine the appropriate level of care, providing clear recommendations to support each person’s path to recovery.

Community Support
Our Community Support services provide personalized support to women navigating recovery and daily life challenges.
Through ongoing guidance, resource coordination, advocacy, and goal planning, we connect women to housing, employment, healthcare, and other essential services that promote stability and long-term success.
Peer Support
Our Peer Support Specialists use their lived experience to build mutual relationships, foster hope, develop recovery support networks, and encourage ongoing engagement throughout each woman’s recovery journey.
We offer individual one-on-one peer support sessions and outpatient peer support groups.
Alumni Program
Once a woman completes our residential treatment programs, she is encouraged to join our Alumni Program.
Our Alumni Program was created for graduates of St. Monica’s to engage in a healthy, supportive recovery network.
