Our team consists of 60+ dedicated individuals who work around the clock, in three shifts, to support the hope and healing of women in recovery at St. Monica’s. Something unique about St. Monica’s is that 70% of our team have lived experience with substance use and recovery. This makes them especially empathetic and compassionate toward the women in our programming.
